Having a goal of wellness means we are actively working on becoming aware of and making choices towards a meaningful and fulfilling life for ourselves. Wherever you are in life on the spectrum, there is hope.


Counseling Services

We work together one-on-one. You bring your frustrations, joys and concerns and we discuss ways of problem solving, new perspectives, how to cope and move forward. .

Wellness Workshops

We gather together for a day or weekend retreat to learn more about ourselves, have fun and grow together.

We meet together in small groups to read insightful, intelligent books that spark conversation, growth and laughter. Join us!

More About Book Club

Have you ever started reading a personal development book that you were really excited about and yet you never finished it?  Maybe you got busy, maybe the suggested practices seemed too daunting, maybe you just forgot about it? Ya, me too! That’s why I started the Personal Growth Book Club – to help women like us give ourselves permission to carve out time for our own personal growth. We make it even easier for you to fully incorporate each book’s teachings by reading just a chapter or two each week and discussing the concepts and learnings at our weekly meetings. 

Each meeting will also include a simple meditation and some fun interactive activities. You’ll even get to know some other women who are traveling a personal growth journey with you.

All this for just a $5/week suggested donation!
